The queen room overlooks garden and includes a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The location of the hotel is magnificent, just next door to waters edge, Easy walk to town for restaurants, and Kaitaia for tourists. Very welcoming and super-friendly staff as one would expect.

Lovely and beautiful location right next to everything - the lake, store, and town for tourists. The staff here are amazingly friendly and always ready to help, no matter the time of day or night. 😊

The units are well-appointed with a big TV and all the basics. The employees are extremely friendly. The location is quiet and excellent in a nice peaceful area. It's easy to get anywhere and really close to one nice restaurant, local sights and sounds, and 90 mile beach.

I had a relaxing stay in such a quiet ambience. The staff are welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast has amazing options with instant coffee, bacon, eggs, and toast.

As young holiday goers, we really appreciated the friendly hosts who made our early check-in possible. the room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. the peaceful gardens added to the relaxing atmosphere, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as the 90-mile beach dunes and Cape Reinga. the highlight of our stay was definitely the delicious fully cooked breakfast prepared by the family. We felt very welcomed and would definitely stay here again.
Felt right at home, couldn't ask for anything more.

The staff were very pleasant, and the central location of the venue was convenient. The pool was enjoyable, and it was a nice touch to have complementary drinks in the main bar.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming B&B in the beautiful Northland area. The room was cozy and comfortable, with plenty of storage space and a super comfy bed. We loved sitting outside on the covered patio by the pool, enjoying the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The host was nice, friendly, and cute, providing us with helpful recommendations for exploring the area. it was a good experience and we would definitely recommend this place.
The breakfast selection was good, with a variety of options available.

Super comfortable bed, spacious room with beautiful garden views, overall a fantastic stay. Guests with disabilities are well-accommodated, with accessible facilities and amenities.
